Reiki Healing Session

Hands-on or distance energy work that clears blockages, balances the body's energy centres, and leaves you deeply relaxed. Suitable for stress, grief, burnout, chronic tension, and emotional overwhelm.

Guided Meditation Session

A one-to-one session built around your intention, using breath, visualisation, and stillness to bring you into the present moment and out of the spiral.

Reiki and Meditation Combined

The full experience. We open with meditation to settle the mind, then move into reiki to work through the body. Ideal for those going through a significant life transition.

Distance Healing

A full reiki session delivered remotely. Energy is not limited by location. You receive the session from the comfort of your own home, followed by a brief check-in call.

Questions People Ask Before Their First Session

No. Scepticism is welcome. Many of the clients who report the strongest results arrived as non-believers. All you need to do is be willing to lie still for an hour.

Most people describe warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm. Some fall asleep. Some experience emotional releases. Some feel very little during the session but notice a significant shift in the days that follow.

No. Reiki and meditation are complementary practices that work alongside conventional care, not instead of it. If you are under the care of a doctor or therapist, please continue that care.

Many people feel a noticeable shift after one session. For lasting change, a course of three to six sessions is recommended. We can discuss what makes sense for you after your first visit.

Yes. Distance sessions are equally effective. A short video call before we begin ensures you feel comfortable and know what to expect.

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
